• 2 potatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • 1/4 of cabbage

  • 2/3 cup of oil of sesame
  • 2 onions
  • 1/2 spoonful of ginger
  • 1 litre of mineral water
  • 2  spoonful of cúrcuma
  • spoonful de pepper
  • 1 spoonful of seeds of poppy
  • 1 spoonful of curry 
  • 3 tomatoes 
  • 3 spoonful of albahaca 
  • 1 spoonful of estragón 
  • 1 spoonful of eneldo 
  • 1 spoonful of orégano 
  • 10 teeth of garlic
  • Oil of olive


In a caldero heat the oil of sesame and add him the onion hammered and the ginger. When they are the transparent onions add all the species stirring up constantly.

Aside in a frying pan with oil of olive, gild the garlics and add him the carrots cut in slices, the courgettes cut, and the cabbage troceada . In a pot heat the oil. We leave some minutes and add it to the caldero.

Finally we add the rest of ingredients (the potatoes cut in cuadraditos and with skin) and fill up of mineral water until it cover. We boil we go down the fire and leave it an hour.

We serve and to enjoy of the soup of vegetables and spices
